1. Services

SIA “Allegro IT” provides information technology services, including but not limited to:

  • ERP consulting services
  • software development and system integrations
  • system deployment and configuration
  • server and infrastructure maintenance
  • technical support

Services are provided based on individual agreements with clients regarding the scope of services, delivery procedures, pricing, and payment terms.


2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service prices are specified in individual quotations, invoices, or order forms.

Payments may be made online using online payment systems.

A service is considered paid once the payment has been successfully received.


3. Service Delivery

Service prices are specified in individual quotations, invoices, or order forms.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, access credentials, and materials required for service delivery in a timely manner.


4. Right of Withdrawal

Private consumers have the right to withdraw from a service within 14 days to the extent permitted by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

If service delivery has started with the client’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, the client acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal may be partially or fully lost.

The right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital or consulting service has been fully delivered.


5. Limitation of Liability

Allegro IT shall not be liable for:

  • failures or disruptions of third-party systems,
  • interruptions of internet connectivity or third-party hosting services,
  • indirect damages or loss of profit.
